If you hold 5 passports or more, you will be able to have your voice heard in the Senate. As a member of the Senate, your voting rights double and you will be able to submit proposals for the future of UMN. The senate has strong legal functions within The United Metaverse Nation.

As a member of the Senate, you will be able to submit a maximum of 1 proposal every month.

For the proposals to be accepted, they will need to reach 60% approval from the citizens of UMN.
