# Senate

If you hold **5 passports or more,** you will be able to have your voice heard in the **Senate**. As a member of the Senate, **your voting rights double** and you will be able to **submit proposals** for the future of UMN. The senate has **strong legal functions** within The United Metaverse Nation. 

As a member of the Senate, you will be able to submit a **maximum of 1 proposal** every month.

For the proposals to be accepted, they will need to **reach 60% approval** from the citizens of UMN.<br>
